The Kennel

CH Bilbo's Geraldine &
Multich Ginger's /D Cormac, my two first Glens
I've had Glens since 1991
and bred my first litter in 1996.
In the past years with the Glen by my side, I've learned a
lot of things and continue to do so.
In 1995 I went to Ireland and the Imaal valley. I
felt it was an important thing to have actually been in the valley, where the breed in the
old days kept the small farms free from vermin, before I started to breed myself.
In 1998
and 1999 I paid the country another two visits. And in 2000 I celebrated St.
Patrick's day in Dublin. In 2005 we payed the country another visit, picking up
a new glen to Denmark.
So far we've bred twelve litters of puppies.
All my breeding stock are
tested for hereditary eye diseases.
The family dog is an
important issue in my breeding. Both the character, health and exterior are important
things.
In our home are the dogs a part of the family. Our puppies are therefore used to the
noises there are in a modern household and they are used to human hands.
I have gone through The Danish Kennel Club's breeders class. And the special
class concerning genetics of the dog.
